Corporate Mindfulness Program

Let the Involution Group show you how to be more present, focused, attentive, effective, and healthy. While reducing stress, anxiety, and times of unproductivity. Participants will be taught through a combination breath work, chair-based yoga, meditations, mindfulness practices, along with reading, and discussions. These practices will be presented in a practical and fun way, so that participants know how to incorporate them into their work and personal life.
