Our Story
Founded in 2019, The Involution Group provides high-quality products and services to enhance the human experience, using mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and other self-healing arts through books and curricula, apps and video games, speaking engagements and workshops, and life coaching. The team includes the Co-Founders of the pioneering and innovative Holistic Life Foundation, who deliver yoga and mindfulness-based programming internationally. As well as the managing partner of Think Strategies, a digital marketing firm that focuses on increasing sales and leads online for Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft. The team is rounded out by a technology specialist, with almost 20 years of experience in the field of computer drafting and design, technical drawings, and 3D imaging. He also has expertise in web design and marketing strategy.

Ali Smith
Ali Smith (he/him) has more than 20 years of experience teaching yoga, pranayama, and meditation internationally, focusing in his hometown of Baltimore, Maryland. He cofounded the Holistic Life Foundation with his brother Atman Smith and Andres Gonzalez in 2001, and served as executive director for 19 years. The Holistic Life Foundation has brought yoga and mindfulness programs to nearly 5,000 youth and 1,000 adults, focusing on underserved communities.
Atman Smith
Atman Smith (he/him) co-founded the Holistic Life Foundation with his brother Ali Smith and Andres Gonzalez in 2001. Since then, the Holistic Life Foundation has brought yoga and mindfulness programs to nearly 5,000 youth and 1,000 adults, focusing on underserved communities and high-risk youth in Baltimore City Public Schools, as well as drug treatment centers, wellness centers, and colleges.
Bernard Ablola
Bernard Ablola is a cofounder of Involution Group. He is a frequent speaker on the topic of personal development and mindfulness. Bernard manages Think Strategy, a digital marketing agency located in Costa Mesa, California. He is an active board member for Holistic Life Foundation, Inc., a Baltimore based nonprofit that teaches the practices of mindfulness and yoga to over 7,500+ children nationwide.
Juan C. Lopez Berrios
Juan C. Lopez Berrios is a cofounder of Involution Group. He is a computer and technology specialist with more than 20 years of experience in the field of computer drafting and design. He grew up in Cayey, Puerto Rico, and graduated from El Liceo de Arte y Tecnología in San Juan.
